Article 1 - Agreement to Terms of Service

Vglobal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has prepared these Terms of Service for the service of Social Casino2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), and these Terms of Service are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and the User in accordance with relevant laws.

The User's use of this Game is deemed to be in agreement with the contents of these Terms of Service, and if the User does not agree with the Terms of Service, the User shall not use this Game Service.

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend the Terms of Service as necessary, and the User is responsible for regularly checking the Terms of Service.

Users who continue to use this Game Service after the Terms of Service have been changed or amended are assumed to agree to the changed and amended Terms of Service.

If a User violates the Terms of Service, the Company reserves the right to issue a warning to the User who violated the Terms of Service or to terminate or suspend the account that committed the violation. The Company may, but is not obligated to, notify the user of the violation prior to account termination or suspension.

The user agrees that the Company may change or suspend part of the contents of this game service without prior notice as mentioned above.

In addition, the user agrees that this game service is for gameplay purposes only and cannot be used by anyone under the age of 18.

Article 2 - Account Information

In order to access the game service, the user must create an account. The account information must include a name, gender, region, or allow access to the user's account information from a social network service ("Login Information").

The following rules apply to the creation of account information:

1. The user may not share the account or login information, or allow a third party to access the user's account or take any action that may jeopardize the security of the account.

2. The user must immediately notify the company if the account information is lost, stolen, or if the login information is disclosed without authorization or accessed without authorization, or if any security breach or attempt by a third party is suspected.

3. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of his/her login information. The user is solely responsible for the approval of purchases made through his/her account, and the company is not responsible.

4. The user is responsible for all actions that occur through his/her account. Therefore, if the user's account is used by others for illegal or inappropriate services or for acts that violate the terms and conditions, the account use may be terminated immediately.

5. The user agrees that he/she is not under 18 years of age. The user accepts all responsibility for unauthorized use of this game service by those under 18 years of age, and is responsible for credit card payments or other payment methods such as PayPal that occur through the user's account.

The company reserves the right to remove and recover the user's account at any time and for any reason if the user's account infringes the rights of a third party.

The user agrees that his/her name, gender, region, and profile picture may be publicly used, and that it may be used in accordance with the company's privacy policy.

The user agrees to provide the company with accurate and complete information, and to promptly update such information if any changes occur.

Article 3 - License

Based on your agreement to and compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a license to use the Service.

This license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license.

You may use this Game Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

If you violate or do not agree to these Terms, the Game Service will be terminated immediately.

Article 4 - Account Termination

The Company may deny access to the Service or terminate the User's Account without prior notice for any reason for any account suspected of violating these Terms.

In addition, the Company may terminate the Account of any User suspected of illegal or inappropriate use of the Account or illegal or inappropriate use of the Service.

In this case, as a result of the Account termination, the User may lose his/her name, gender, region, and profile picture, and if there are two or more Accounts, the Company may terminate all Accounts.

The User acknowledges that the Company may proceed with account termination without prior notice.

If the Company terminates the User's account, the User may not use the Service again without the Company's express permission.

If the User believes that there is an error in the account termination, please contact the Company.

Article 5 - User Content

The User grants the Company the right to post and own User Content, such as game results obtained through the Game Service or the User's game play content within the Game Service, and to act as an agent on behalf of the User as the Game Service Operator.

The Company has all rights to the posting, and the User agrees to post such content, and the User shall represent that he or she owns such content and the publishing of such content shall comply with all relevant laws.

The User may not distribute or sell it on any social network or other media without the Company's express prior written permission in any country.

Any data, text, graphics, photographs or other content uploaded to the Service by any User (“User Content”) and your own selection and arrangement thereof may be, in whole or in part, unrestricted worldwide, for commercial and/or promotional use by Company. You are responsible for any text, graphics, photographs, files or other User Content that you upload, and you agree that you are responsible for any User Content that you upload. Company is not responsible for any of the above.

Company may or may not regulate User Content and makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, quality, or completeness of User Content posted through the Service.

By using the Service, you agree that you may be exposed to offensive or objectionable material. You agree that Company will not be liable in any way for User Content, including, but not limited to, any liability for User Content, or for any loss or damage resulting from any failure or delay in using User Content or any error in removing User Content.

The Company reserves the right to block, edit, move, deactivate, or permanently delete any User Content from the Service without separate notice for any reason.

Users shall not be held liable for User Content modified or blocked by the Company to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 6 - Communication Channels

This Game Service may provide communication channels such as My Page, Friends, Gifts, and Message areas ("Communication Channels") designed to enable users to communicate with other users.

The Company may monitor these Communication Channels, but is not obligated to do so at all times.

In addition, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Channels and to remove any content or in-game items at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, at its discretion.

The Company may suspend access to the Communication Channels at any time, for any reason, without notice.

The Company is not responsible for any activity between users within the Communication Channels, and users shall be solely responsible for any activity occurring within the Communication Channels.

The user agrees that all content in the communication channel will be disclosed, and the company is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the use of the communication channel and sharing the communication channel.

Article 7 - Virtual Currency and Products

This game service may include opportunities to pay a fee using real money to obtain in-game virtual currency (chips) or items to enjoy the game.

Chips may not be redeemed for real money, goods, or other items of monetary value from the Company or other parties.

Users understand that they have no right or title to virtual game items, spins or chips.

Users are ultimately responsible for purchasing virtual currency (chips) or game items. Real money already paid for purchases cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged by the Company.

The Company may take legal action against the Service account and users or terminate the account if the User violates the Terms and Conditions and purchases or exchanges in an illegal or inappropriate manner.

The Company reserves the right to remove chips or other forms of virtual currency at the Company's discretion. Prices and availability of chips may change without prior notice.

Chips and items may only be purchased and maintained by legal residents of countries where access and use of the Service is permitted. In addition, chips and items can only be acquired through methods approved or provided by the company or with explicit permission.

The company reserves the right to refuse requests from users to purchase and acquire chips or items.

Items and chips purchased by users remain in the user's "game account" until they are discharged through use.

When purchasing chips or items, users must purchase them at the payment terms and prices approved by the company and purchase them using a charging card or other payment method approved by the company. In this case, users agree to pay the purchase amount to the company in the amount including applicable taxes.

In addition, users agree to pay the payment including the relevant payment fee when purchasing.

In principle, chips and items already purchased through the purchase payment process will be sold at the end of the process and will not be modified or refunded.

However, users may request modifications in accordance with the payment provider's policy only if an incorrect amount is charged after purchase or the purchased item is not received.

All modification requests must be received within 48 hours from the time of purchase in accordance with the payment provider's policy. Any request for correction after 48 hours will not be accepted according to the payment company's policy.

You agree that you are responsible for the company's costs incurred due to your own mistakes or illegal reasons.

In such cases, all responsibility lies with you, so you must reimburse the company for any monetary portion that it pays, incurs, or suffers damages for the resolution, including charges, backups, charges, costs, fines, and penalties.

If you authorize us to return to you unpaid and verify your credit card or other payment method in the event that you cannot handle for any reason or an event occurs,

Article 8 - Rules of Conduct and Use

You warrant that you have the full right and authority to use the service in compliance with these Terms. You agree that you will fully comply with all laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and the conditions herein.

You agree that you will not engage in fraud, or attempt to defraud Company or other users, or engage in any fraudulent activity in your use of the Service. If Company determines that you violate these Terms of Use, or if Company determines that your conduct is beyond reasonable social norms, Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account and prohibit you from using the Service.

You agree that your use of the Service will be lawful and in compliance with the Terms of Use. In the above, and by way of example and not limitation, you agree that you will not:

1. Create an account or access the Service if you are under the age of 13;

2. Upload, post, transmit or distribute any material that is vulgar, obscene, indecent, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive or objectionable to a reasonable person;

3. Defame, ridicule, mock, stalk, defame, threaten, intimidate, harass, abuse, hatefully, racially, ethnically or otherwise;

4. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any file containing a virus, Trojan horse, worm, time bomb, cancel, corrupted file or data, or any other similar software or program that may damage the operation of the Service or the computer of another user of the Service;

5. Solicit or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk mail or repetitive messages (spim or spam), to anyone;

6. Infringe any contractual, personal, intellectual property or other rights of any party, including by uploading, transmitting, distributing or otherwise making available any information or material through the Service in a manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other right of any party (including the right to privacy or reputation);

7. Attempt to obtain any personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification, information or financial information from other Members;

8. Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any material that acts as a clear graphics interchange format (“GIFs”), 1x1 pixel or smaller, without Company’s express permission, using any passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, web bugs, cookies or other similar devices (often referred to as “spyware”, “passive collection mechanisms” or “PCMS”);

9. Use any support channels or complaint buttons to improperly create false Company reports;

10. Develop, distribute, use or disclose to other Members any “automatic” software program, “macro” software program or any other “cheat utility” software program or application;

11. Distribute or publicly notify other members of any errors, miscues or bugs in the game that provide an unintended benefit;

12. Engage in any cheating of any payment method or advertiser's tracking mechanism;

13. Violate any applicable laws or regulations, encourage or promote any illegal activity, including but not limited to, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, theft of personal information, hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software or the Service for fraud or hacking;

14. Attempt to use the Service or through a Service not authorized by Company. You assume all liability for such use and are subject to additional or different terms and conditions. Company is not responsible for use of the Service through unauthorized services;

15. Post or transmit real-world personal information of anyone using the Service;

16. Attempt to intercept, hack or decipher any transmissions to or from the Service's servers;

17. including causing excessive burden or disruption to the Service server, or interfering with the ability of anyone to enjoy or interfere with the Service or substantially increase the cost of providing the Service for the enjoyment of all users.

Article 9 Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

The Company owns all rights to all content related to this Game Service.

All content refers to everything included in this Game, including programs, software designs, graphics, text, information, pictures, videos, sounds, music, and other files.

With regard to IP ownership, all content is protected by copyright, trade dress, patent and trademark laws, international conventions, and other laws protecting intellectual property rights and related property rights.

Users may not use or reproduce or redistribute any of the contents provided for purposes other than playing the game service without the express prior written permission of the company.

Article 10 - Warranty Responsibility (Limitation of Liability)

The User agrees that the risks and problems arising from the use of this game service are entirely at the User's own risk.

The Company disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the Service and its use by the User, including warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, usefulness, authority, accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

The Company does not assume any obligation or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the contents of any site connected to the Service or the contents of the Service, and does not make any warranties or representations regarding:

1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the content;

2. Injury or property damage of any nature resulting from access to and use of the Service;

3. Unauthorized access to or use of Company's secure servers and/or any personal information and/or financial information stored therein;

4. Interruptions or interruptions in or transmission to the Service;

5. Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, etc. that may be transmitted to or through the Service to third parties; or

6. Any errors or omissions in the email content or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

In no event shall the Company warrant to any third party any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, damages arising from access to or downloading from the Service, or use of the Service or any other materials, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You specifically acknowledge that Company shall not be liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct by users of the Service or any third party, and that the risk of injury or damage from the foregoing rests solely with you.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, and its directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with:

1. Your use and access to the Service;

2. Your violation of any provision of these Terms;

3. Your violation of any third party rights, including without limitation copyright, attribution or privacy rights;

4. Any claim that any User Submission by You has caused damage to a third party; or

5. Any content posted or shared by any User on or through the Service.

Article 11 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal issues arising from the use or visitation of this Game's Service shall be governed by the laws of the Japan.

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice, and it is the User's responsibility to review the Terms of Service for any changes. If the user uses this game after the Terms of Service have been revised, it means that the user agrees to the revised Terms of Service.
